Dr. M. Ihsan Kayali offers exceptional periodontal care with over 15 years of specialized experience. As a distinguished periodontist and dental implant specialist, Dr. Kayali combines advanced training from USC with a patient-centered approach to help patients achieve optimal oral health and confident smiles throughout the San Gabriel Valley.
Dr. Somerville DDS MS
Associate Periodontist
Dr. Somerville earned his DDS from the Ostrow School of Dentistry of the University of Southern California. Following graduation, he completed an AEGD (general dentistry internship) in order to gain additional experience. He was subsequently accepted to the Advanced Periodontology residency at USC.

I am M. Cristina Bernardo, RDHAP, a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice. I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in the Philippines and later pursued my dental hygiene career in SJVC, California. I am experienced in providing periodontal therapy, preventive dental hygiene treatments.
As an RDHAP, my goal is to provide compassionate, integrity-driven, and comprehensive periodontal care tailored to each patient’s individual needs. I am dedicated not only to helping patients achieve excellent oral health, but also to making them feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout their treatment journey.
Outside of my profession, my greatest joy is being a mother and spending meaningful time with my two children, who are the center of my heart and biggest inspiration in life.

With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, Claudia is a dedicated Office Manager and Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. She is highly experienced in front office operations, dental insurance coordination, treatment planning, and patient communication.
Claudia is committed to creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient while helping the office run smoothly and efficiently.
Cynthia
DA/Insurance Coordinator
Cynthia brings over 10 years of dental experience in both clinical assisting and front office administration.
She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is highly knowledgeable in dental insurance, treatment coordination, and patient care. Cynthia also manages the office social media and enjoys creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.

RDA/Public Relations
I am Vicky, a Registered Dental Assistant with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. As a bilingual professional, I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident throughout their dental visits.
In addition to my clinical experience, I also serve as the office PR and Marketing Coordinator, where I support public relations with general dental practices and other dental specialties. My role includes building and maintaining strong professional relationships with dentists and their staff, assisting with outreach, and supporting the overall visibility and reputation of the practice.
I take pride in creating a welcoming environment and building lasting relationships with every patient and professional I work with.
